FREEK STEP FUN Vol. 01

FREEK® STEP FUN is a pre-choreographed concept by Sebastian Piatek and fitnessschool.tv that guarantees good vibes, fun choreography, and exercise with our mix.

It is particularly aimed at step beginners: all the steps you need are introduced in the warm-up. The choreography section consists of 4 symmetrical parts, each 16 beats long, which are very carefully and logically structured and linked together in 3 further videos. With sufficient repetition, the cardio training effect also increases. Optionally, you can also repeat the parts together if it is easy for your participants.

The focus here is on fun, far ahead of the complexity of the choreography! This way, you'll attract new step enthusiasts to your class. Let's FREEK®!
